Monarch is the NFT launchpad and marketplace on the Arc network: bot-defended mints, on-chain royalty enforcement, and the Bazaar - Arc's live secondary market. This page covers what we do, what it costs, and how to get your collection on board.

The Bazaar currently runs on Arc testnet with placeholder economics while the network is pre-mainnet; the schedule above is the mainnet fee schedule.
The first 10 projects that launch with Monarch get 50% off the launch fee (3.5% instead of 7%) and a 50% trading-fee discount for life (0.75% instead of 1.5%) on their collection's Bazaar sales. When they're gone, they're gone.
Launching on Arc early means launching into the hype - and Monarch is the only venue on Arc where your holders can trade the day they mint. A launch includes:

Any ERC-721 on Arc can trade on the Bazaar - you don't need to have launched with us. Submit your contract: it's verified on-chain, reviewed, and once approved your collection gets indexed with a collection page and live listings. Typically live within the hour. Free.
ERC-2981 royalties are optional for listing, but only collections that support it receive royalties on Bazaar sales.
The Arc network - the L1 built by Circle. We're live on Arc testnet today and moving to Arc mainnet when the network launches publicly. Collections and stats you see now are testnet.
Any EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, …). The site offers the Arc network config with one click when you connect. Buy, list, and unlist are all direct wallet transactions - no sign-ups, no custody.
Collections that implement ERC-2981 get their royalty paid out automatically on every Bazaar sale, at the rate the contract reports, straight to the receiver the contract names. Collections we launch also ship a transfer validator that blocks royalty-dodging marketplaces at the token level.
Listing is free. When your item sells, the sale price is split three ways: creator royalty (whatever the collection's contract sets), the 1.5% Bazaar fee, and the rest - the large majority - to you. The buyer pays no extra fee on top.
Yes - that's the point of the Bazaar. Any ERC-721 on Arc can be submitted and traded here for free, whether it minted on Monarch or anywhere else. Arc has plenty of collections and, so far, exactly one place to trade them.
Mints we launch can require a signed mint pass: your mint page requests a short-lived, per-wallet pass from our backend (with human verification), and the contract only accepts mints carrying a valid signature. Scripted mass-minting gets nothing; your real community gets the supply.
No. The Bazaar order book is fully on-chain - your NFT stays in your wallet until the moment it sells, sale proceeds pay out in the same transaction, and unlisting is instant. The site is a window onto the chain, not a middleman.
